About Vital Synz
Vital Synz is the events arm of the Glasgow Poetry Society CIC.
The Society is a community interest company: a new type of limited company that operates exactly like a company limited by guarantee except it is not financed by share capital hence does not permit the payments of dividends normally based on share capital divisions.
The assets of the Company are owned equally by the members of the Society and the activities of the Company are carried out for the benefit of the community.
Our core objective is:
"To promote the poetry and poets of Glasgow in an international context and nurture the development of poets and poetry across the community."
Our target audience is primarily the citizens of Glasgow with an interest in writing, reading or listening to poetry and creative writing.
